Rachael Wells

In 2014 I was given the opportunity to work with young people in a public health setting. Since then, I have become dedicated to supporting children and their families. With a background in project management, education, and coaching I have developed valuable skills to ensure every child receives the support they need. Throughout my career I have led successful projects aimed at improving the lives of young people and in joining SMASH I am excited to bring these skills and learn from the team and everyone involved.
