Ren Vaughan

I began my journey in youth work just over a year ago as a volunteer at my local youth club. That experience sparked a genuine passion for supporting young people, which led me to pursue a CertHE in Working with Children, Young People, and Families at the University of Gloucestershire. During my studies, I joined SMASH on placement, and I was incredibly grateful to be offered a permanent role on the team. I’m excited to be part of an organisation that makes a real difference in young people’s lives, and I look forward to continuing that work with dedication and heart.
