Laura Illsley

I have spent the past 20 years of my career in leadership roles working with or for national charities, building a solid understanding of fundraising strategy and not-for-profit ways of working. Having been born in Swindon, and raising my child here, I feel particularly strongly about local children having the support and opportunities available to them to realise their potential. 
I was drawn to do more to help SMASH after witnessing the incredible enthusiasm and aptitude of the SMASH team, and am delighted to be able to offer my time and skills to support this fantastic local charity as a trustee.
