Head of Quality + Operations

Hours of work: Full-Time (including evenings and weekends)

Reporting to: CEO

Duration of post: Permanent

Salary: £40,022

A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Senior Leadership Team following the departure of our Head of Practice. Our new Head of Quality + Operations will take a lead role in providing quality and operational support to our Charity, contributing expertise to the CEO and Board across a broad range of responsibilities, including ongoing practice development of our team, managing organisational risk and operations, and generating and implementing strategies to improve service levels and increase efficiency throughout the organisation including youth voice and participation.

Hours of work: Full-Time (35 hours a week, including evenings and weekends)

Reporting to: Lead for Communities

Duration of post: 12months fixed term.

Salary: £29,101
