The Mayor hosted SMASH in the Mayor’s Parlour last week and thanked our latest Mentors for committing their time and energy into making a real difference. Mentors not only help SMASH but also the wider community of Swindon by supporting those children and young people involved with our Project. We thank all our Mentors for their support.

Your Space, Your Say Exhibition
A great evening had by all at the “Your Space, Your Say Exhibition” that took place on the 21st September. All the young people spoke so confidently about their experiences, and they’ve all made some new friends. The exhibition showcased what can be learnt from young people’s insights about leisure spaces in Swindon. Well done to everyone involved and a big thank you to Annaleise Depper for making it happen and engaging young people in creative projects such as this.
